Thier install was in chinese, buggy, so I just zipped up the folder it created and made my own-cleaner install file. I Purchased this item today, and the packaging had no driver disk included,and was too small to fit a cd in. No referral to a needed driver was made on the outside, but on a single sheet of instructions was printed: windows 98 Second Edition (need to install driver for windows 98 second edition) I first went to Mitsumi's website, and found no driver for this device listed. I downloaded the driver for the previous model, tried it and it didn't work, so I did a bit of a search, and found an obscure referral in that chinese or taiwanese website... I managed to find the diguised download link, and this is what I got. I must add to any people considering buying this item, that although it worked, I was able to insert two cards, an xd card, and a smart media card, and read them as removable drives, moving and removing files on them, my system actually had some difficulties booting and running while this device was installed. I've removed it to make it through typing this report! I am running a relatively new asrocks k7s41gx motherboard, and this device has issues with it, even before getting through the cmos boot process!( the screen locked up just at the end of the cmos screen at startup, a few times.) I might find out why and fix, but if you have the same motherboard, you may just try another piece of hardware and lose some headaches! I hope this info is useful to some people reading this...
