This is version 4.10.0.2223 to fix the electrostatic discharge problem with USB hubs and Windows 98SE. I upgraded to ME in hopes to fix the problem, but no luck. No I can't even use this file myself, but some nice person emailed it to me. Enjoy your usb hub if this fixes your problem. According to Microsoft, it will.
