This USB firmware used to be freely distributed as Intel USB BusMaster. I found it during trial and error installations of USB firmwares. It is the only one that allows Logitech QuickCam Express to function on a Sis M571LMR with Win95B. Intsall it immediatly after the IDE software installation during a setup. Simply execute the file when ready. The IDE should be installed 1st and the USB 2nd for proper operation.
