D-Link Systems DSB-V100 Driver. (Fixes Code 10 Device failed to start) Win98 driver works after I removed all other USB devices. Then ran the AMCAP program that comes with drivers and turn the USB max bandwidth down to leave some for other devices. Then reconnect your other USB device(s).
